		<description>Please do not claim this to be capacity planning. It&#039;s, if even that, a very simple stab at virtualzation performance/trending. You will never be able to conduct proper Capacity Planning without agents. 

There are however tools that can provide tru capacity planning; BMC, TeamQuest and possibly a few more.

Above tools are not free, but as always - You get what you pay for :-)
